Rude cold calling asked for price list to be emailed as I was busy working was told no list available and I’d need to tell them what I wanted I explained that they’d called me at which point sales guy got the hump and hung up 😂 lots of helpful suppliers out there so don’t bother with them ! 👍🏻

I wouldn't bother using this company as they can't even rectify my account 2 months after asking multiple times for my account to be credited for the return. It took over a week to collect after sending the incorrect spec products even when sending the spec and prices I was paying to them. The customer service is appalling and need to sort themselves out, can't pay an invoice if you haven't sorted it out so stop harassing for payment and sort out my account 😡

Great company, quality prices and great delivery service. Have kept me going through these tough times. My account manager always answers the phone and deals with any queries. Seen some of the negative reviews however any problems I have had have always been dealt with as with any company things don't always go to plan but its how its dealt with what counts.

No matter how good they make the deal to be over the phone there is always glitch and information not given thus hidden costs. Poor customer service! Massively disapointed i would not reccomend this company to anyone We used twice giving benefit of doubt but never again!
