I have been buying my car from TJ Hamilton's for a good few years. I went with my wife yesterday as she wants to trade in her car for a hybrid or electric car. The prices they were quoting was unbelievable. What they were allowing for her car was thousands less than we had got quotes for, they just didn't seem to want to try to make a deal. Maybe it was because they didn't have much stock. So we went to a different dealer and she has her new car ordered and should have it by the beginning of December.

Bought a 10mth old Volkswagen RLine car in December 2020 5000 miles on the clock. Upon inspection the car looked brand new, however after a few washes it became clear that the paintwork had been covered up as the car was covered in swirl marks, scuffs, bumper scratches, small dents and the rubber on the boot had been damaged. We also experienced… problems with the fuel rail pressure sensor causing the car to stop, the wheel nuts had been over tightened and we had to call the AA to remove the tyre to which they struggled to remove and took about 30 minutes to loosen the nuts. Bought a 2015 golf a year ago was told it would be serviced when it was picked up, got it serviced by my mechanic last week and discovered that it hadn't been serviced from new.The filter were the dirtiest I've ever seen and dated 2014-15. Always get your car checked by an independent mechanic after you buy ...... lesson learnt!!!!

Bought a BMW 320d from Andrea and had a great experience. Had to get some repairs done under warranty shortly after and the experience was also great, a courtesy car was provided and Todd kept me well informed. They even performed an additional warranty repair on a defect that I hadn't noticed so I was extremely impressed with that attention to detail. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from TJ Hamilton.
