Many thanks to all the team at Colin Francis Cars. I recently bought a car from them, great experience with Andrew in the Sales Team. I had a slight issue with the car after 6 or so weeks. Colin couldn't have been more helpful; the issue was sorted extremely fast! I would highly recommend Colin Francis cars.

I remember looking a civic on used cars ni that I was interested in, so made a booking on the app to see it, but suddenly the price up by 500(which I still have screenshot before it went up), not much but there's another car with higher tier (SR being better than SE) , way lower mileage and same year which obviously I went that one for just a bit more
So called them to cancel on the booking, a guy answered it, and told him I want to cancel it, which he scuff and laughed a little saying they don't do bookings, which seem stupid to have it if they don't do bookings
Whereas another car company does

I’ve purchased a few cars here over the years, and will continue to do so.. Colin was and is always good to deal with. (an absolute gentleman in fact) - in simple terms, yes, you can buy a similar car for less elsewhere, but there isn’t anyone who can even come close to the level of service and support you get from Colin and his team. That peace of mind is extremely important when buying a used car.
Its all well and good somebody selling you a car, but lets be real here, its a used car and there are occassions where things can go wrong, and if they do nothing was ever a problem for the servicing
