Snowland Leisure is a family owned and run authentic Cornish leisure park, including numerous activities for all the family. Our caravans are a perfect base for exploring Cornwall. There is a bus stop outside the park and the Railway Station is a 10 minute walk. The beach is a 10 minute flat walk from the park and the Eden Project just a short drive away.

Services
We allow you to rent your caravans out to others if you wish to do so, you must have the correct insurances, gas and electric tests completed annually. Our brand new Carnaby Ashdale joined us on site here early 2018. It boasts a stunning view over the play park here at Snowland's. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms, a spacious lounge dinner/kitchen and a family bathroom.
Snowlands is set in the village of Par within 34 acres of land, situated just 3.3 miles from Fowey and 3.4 miles from St. Austell. We are a ten minute walk from the beach and we are close to the coastal path which meanders for miles around Cornwall. Snowlands is an excellent base for the Eden Project.
Make Snowlands your Touring base for exploring Cornwall. The touring park is situated off the main holiday park and is surrounded by fishing lakes. It is basic and has a rustic feel with a basic shower block. You will be able to see and feed the wildlife as plenty of birds live on the lakes. It has a cafe called Sweets Grill where you can have a cooked breakfast if you fancy a morning off from cooking.
Only people on the booking form are allowed to stay in the caravan and must not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation. 4. The responsibility of this caravan will be the person who has signed the booking form; this person should be over the age of 21 years old. 5. Cancellation by YOU -if you choose to cancel your holiday you will always be responsible for the full cost of your holiday.

The complete diner refurbishment, has created a current and exciting environment that we are all very proud of. The park itself is pleasant althoough it is next to the train track so if you're not used to trains every 10 mins they get annoying. We we're met the first morning with the receptionist having a go at me causing my daughter's anxiety to flare taking days to calm, all the points were something that should have been taken up with the van owner when i said this she said "i already hace and now you're getting it". Following this we had to book swimming max 3 booking per van of which 1 was cancelled without informing us. The gym was extra, around £17 per week. Nothing was available for older kids ie

I did email four days before the holiday to ask some questions, one was the swimming pool. The reply on the following day said you can book three sessions a week before your stay. Would of been nice to have an email a week before our stay to let us know.One star for swimming pool and play area. Caravan was older but needed attention as per pictures. We have stayed in loads of caravans around the country and never have we been told . It takes an hour and a half to cook a meal in the oven or forty minutes on the grill . State of repair was poor and there was a broken handle in the main bedroom with

What an absolute find... We booked blind but so glad we did. Everywhere was clean, the caravan we had was great. The public areas are clean and well maintained. Ian in the club was so welcoming and could not do enough for us. It was a great break away and a place we will go back to again and again... Thank you to you all for a great Holiday.....
