This morning we hooked on the caravan to leave for our first family holiday and discovered that the electrics in our car tow bar wiring had developed a relay problem and the caravan lights wouldn’t work. We contacted the team who were exceptionally helpful over the phone and told us to bring the car in straightaway. They helped to unpack the car… and fixed the issue with an hour and a half. Alan and his team have literally saved our holiday and we’ve gone from being really upset to now being on our way. We will be recommending them to all our caravanning family and friends. Thank

Got a quote for a towbar ,which was expensive,had to go elsewhere so still ended up purchasing a trailer lighting board ,I consider myself a bargain hunter,and as I had seen trailer board cheaper elsewhere also ,so asked for a discount ,guy just said no,fairly well stocked shop by the look of things,but if you shop around you will find stuff cheaper ,spent a fortune in the shop a year and a half ago doing up our trailers,and I remember asking for a few quid off then ,and the guy wouldn't budge,could come and go a little maybe would get more repeat business.

Drove 20 miles to this shop because I bought stuff before and thought he might just have what I was looking for ( 12v fan for my elderly fathers camper) he had one right enough but unfortunately it was too much trouble apparently for him to fetch it it from his window display ..... difficult to believe if I,m honest ... but make no mistake this is an absolute Pr1ck......just read your response ...Lies !

They fitted a tow bar to my Jeep Cherokee seven month ago in March 2019. October 2019 when the tow ball bolted to the tow bar twisted while reversing, went back to them with the complaint they contacted their supplier and chased them for me today the replacement was fitted. Their service was first class would recommend one hundred 💯 percent

Got pair of Oxford bike boots from here,3/4 month on the stitching started giving way,this is a manufacturer fault anyway went in today to see if he could send them back under warranty. This would have left me with no boots for the bike,effectively putting me off road but no the owner went strait to the shelf grabbed another pair of boots of the same value,handed me them and said he will swap them and deal with the warranty claim later on which can take months for him to get credited back.

Went into this shop and it didn't disappoint. They went out their to help me fit my personalised number plate which in essence they didn't have to do for me. We all mucked in and got the job done and I can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend. Great business, great guys and deserve the custom. I will most defo come back
