A small one windowed shop sell tuning parts for Minis, Big Bore exhausts and leather steering wheels. 14 years later he moved to a larger shop at 1218 Shettleston Road. 10 Years ago he got the chance of premises at 1250 Shettleston Road and set about opening one of the best auto shops in the UK. Winning in 2009 the CAT Mag awards of top auto shop in Scotland and again winning it in 2013.
Now Fred plans to take a back seat in the business and leave the day to day running of the business with his son Stewart who Fred made his partner in 2006 and his manager Jim Steenson who is well known in the motor parts scene in the east end. All have vast knowledge in the motor trade and are happy to deal with all your enquirers.

Having a number of delivery vehicles for our restaurant we are constantly needing maintenance work done to them.
We have used Dunlop's for about a year now and find they are the most efficient with their service and prices. All of the staff have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the motor trade and a huge selection of stock readily available.

Used this company for the first time today and could not recommend them highly enough.
Due to the recent severe weather conditions and having not driven my car for a while, I found this morning my car battery had went completely flat.
A friend had recommended Dunlop's to me a while ago and I'd thought I would give them a try.
On arrival the staff were welcoming and the shop was immaculate.

Great service allways willing to help no query to big or small the guys at this shop are always willing to help👍🏻 will go above an beyond went in for light bulps for my indacator light spoke me threw how to change it as I have no clue with things like that but these guys know there stuff and would highly recommend first class service aye will definitely be back 👍🏻

I stopped by on my way to get the groceries, and these guys gave me superb, quick, and friendly service! Even with my American accent, they brought the banter while we were locating the parts I needed. A little personality goes a long way, especially in these difficult times. And this shop had plenty of it! Loved it! And I even got the groceries back home without my wife noticing the extra stop. Highly recommend these guys!
