Valetcraft Limited is a small family company which was incorporated back in 1934 as a property investment and letting company. In 1997 the Company transitioned into property rental, new build properties, refurbishments, conversions and land acquisitions. Whilst our office is based in Corfe Mullen, Dorset, we have projects in Wiltshire, East Dulwich London, Surrey and numerous projects in Poole and surrounding areas.
We work with a reliable network of qualified professionals from building surveyors, architects, quantity surveyors, structural engineers and well established contractors. We are always on the look-out for new projects, which include any aspect of the land and property industry.

As a long established company we have gained invaluable experience and knowledge of our area and have built up a very good team of architects, town planners and surveyors with whom we work using the talents of these specialists. We have taken many projects on from scratch, dealing with the myriad of government and environmental organisations to gain planning permission on new sites, conversions and the refurbishment of existing properties.
