We have successfully completed a number of property development projects across Dorset, from simple single-home refurbishment to multiple-apartment designs. This selection of our work illustrates our desire for quality - in design, construction, planning knowledge and community impact. Located on the site of the former Overcliff House nursing home, this yet to be named contemporary development will host nine new apartments.
Our ethos as a business is to put something back into the communities we live, work and play in. Our focus for this giving is youth, housing and overseas aid, which stem from our professional and personal interests.
As a result of a corporate event we held for clients, we ended up working with the Domino Appeal - who were raising funds for a local autistic school - to organize and participate in a sponsored cycle race from Trafalgar Square to Bournemouth Square.This involved many of our local clients and contacts in the property sector and raised over 20,000 in one day.

Together we offer a wide, deep knowledge of the property sector - designing, commissioning, managing, buying and selling over the last two decades. I started my professional career in property with an Honours Degree in Architecture and reinforced this a few years later with a Diploma in Construction Law.
