I am so impressed by Dirty Laundry! My entire experience with them was wonderful. They were very quick to respond, took very good care of my items (even checking to air dry a linen duvet cover), and everyone I had contact with was very friendly. I have just used this service for the first time I can say that walking into this shop being spoken to straight away and helped to use the machines was very nice it is a very comfortable shop to be in for a while I would highly recommend this place customer service was amazing thanks again

This is probably the best laundrette I have been to. The place is so welcoming, clean and professional. The manger was super helpful again today, showing me how to use the machines and being very accommodating. Thank you so much. Truly recommend.

Excellent customer service! I frequently use their service and I am never disappointed with their standard. All my clothes are washed clean, whites separated and all folded and available for pick up within hours of me dropping them off. Very friendly and polite staff that pay attention to detail. Would strongly recommend.

THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME. After a different laundry service cancelled on me last minute, I found Dirty Laundry and texted the number at 10pm to see if they could do my laundry the next day. They were quick to respond and picked up my laundry early in the morning and had it back the next morning. Even with a payment issue, they came through for me and helped me avoid a clothes disaster. They were friendly, prompt, and fantastic all the way around. If I'm ever in London again, they'll have my business.

Just spent the last couple of weeks hopping around Europe producing a gang on dirty clothes. I found this little laundromat and am VERY pleased that I did! Great prices and AMAZING service! If ever you are traveling for an extended time in London, this is the place to go for your laundry needs. Whether self-service or using their fast delivery!

My family was in London for nearly two weeks during the heatwave this summer. Let's just say after walking 8-9 miles everyday, our clothes did not smell like roses. After a quick conversation with the front desk of our hotel, they had me on the phone with Lauren from Dirty Laundry. She was so helpful answering all my questions and booked a free pick up and delivery of our clothes with a 24 hour turn around. Our huge laundry bag was picked up early morning and once received and sorted, she texted me the info for how many loads and cost. A quick reply from me and we were all set. The next day

I cycled across town all the way to Vauxhall, and Wandsworth Road is not a nice road to cycle on ... OK, I admit I wouldn't make the trip just to do my laundry in this truly beautiful launderette, but Dirty Laundy is more than just a place to take your dirty smalls. They obviously provide the usual services from service wash to ironing, but Dirty Laundry also doubles up as an alternative exhibition space, and I came here just to look at some art. What an excellent idea!
