Extremely helpful and professional staff, I came to them with a small belt loop which needed to be covered with a piece of fabric I provided. Despite it being such a small job, the owner knew about it when I came to pick up the loop weeks later. When it turned out it initially wasn't done the way I wanted, he went out of his way to make sure it's all fine and kept me updated throughout the whole thing. Great customer service, thank you!

I went there with my girlfriend back in June to wash and dry 4 bags of clothes and we were not let down, great service and lovely staff, I really wanna thank John (I hope I remember the name right) and the lady for being so nice to us. Friendly, efficient and well trained staff! I’ve used this launderette’s services so many times over the past 6+ years and I’m always so happy with the finish. Quality service, you can wash yourself or leave for a ‘service wash’ and get it back the same day! Dry cleaning is top notch too. Highly recommend!

Is it weird that a trip to the laundromat can be so delightful? Well, thats what it was for me at this place. Was staying nearby on holiday with my partner and needed to do some quick laundry before we moved on to Scotland. John was working and the man was superb. Great customer service, walked us through loading, getting soap and putting in the right change. Noticed that he gave top-notch service to other customers who came in too. Especially with folks who didn't speak English so well. The man is a consummate professional. He then rattled off a list of recommendations for Glasgow restaurants

I packed light for traveling in many places in Europe. Try to find some place for laundry in London. Read all the good reviews and decide to take a taxi to this place. It's not too far from my hotel tho. It's worth to go there. She is very nice and help out. I never use a commercial washer and dryers before so she did everything for me. Lol. Really nice and clean. Price is not bad at all.

I was in town for a week and needed to get some laundry cleaned. Because I had the time, preferred to find a coin laundry location. This location was perfect. The gentleman could not have been more helpful in getting my laundry cleaned and dried, but also helping to understand the layout of the local area and best ways to get around so that I could plan the rest of my day. Isn't it so much more pleasant to be served by someone who seems to be happy in their job?That's certainly the case here at this local launderette and dry cleaners. The service is friendly, helpful and comes with a smile. Unless they seriously mess something up a dry cleaning business is much the same as another really. So it pays to make your customers feel welcome. It's not the nearest place that does cleaning and alterations to where I live or work but it's on my route and I would rather stop off here than go anywhere else.
