Acupuncture is one of the safest medical treatments, both conventional and complementary, on offer in the UK. At the Physio Room we use acupuncture for the relief of pain, reduction of stress and to boost your immune system. Specific 'energy' points are stimulated to block the nerve ending, release chemicals such as endorphins, which reduce pain and help with the emotional aspects of pain.
