Booked my car in for Air conditioning re-gas complete with registration number. Then booked half a day off work so that i could take it. Once i arrived the reception was frosty and i was told shortly after that they did not have an up-to date machine for my type of gas, which i believe has been in circulation now for a number of years. i now have to find somewhere else to do it and lost holidays. Will not be going back.

I used them recently for a puncture repair. They booked it in quickly and dealt with it promptly whilst I waited. It can't be very remunerative for them as they only charged me £15.60 but there was no messing about trying to flog me a new tyre as I'm sure would have happened had I taken it to a dealer. I've used them before a couple of times via Blackcircles and had no complaints about that either.

Went to this garage for a tyre fitting, after the guys checked the vehicle they told me I didn’t need new tyres as the ones I had on were in good condition with plenty of miles left in them, I even went back after another garage told me they had run flat damage to the side wall, once again without any problems they checked them and told me it was just were the tyres had rub against the kerb and once again assured me all was well, and all this was done with a smile.
There’s nothing better than a garage helping you save £1000 whilst giving out free advice, they could of easily just changed

We always had our cars serviced at Lostock Motor Works until we purchased a Mercedes B180 which came with a service package, we followed this with a 2 Service plan which ended with the last service. Mercedes contacted us to quote for the upcoming service and including MOT arrived at a price over £500! It was time to return to L.M.W so I gave them a… call and it was nice to recognise Carl's voice after a break of four years, I explained our needs and was given a price of just under £220.00 for B5 service and MOT - they also would collect and return the vehicle to our home.
