Founded in 1988, Motorsave has always been a business with customer service at its core. As a family run business, we aim to bring those family values to all levels of the business, from customers to employees. Motorsave is currently both a Ford and Fiat Professional authorised repairer, an impressive evolution from a company that started as a single mobile mechanic.
Ford Service ensures you can get the most out of your maintenance needs to maximise convenience. That's why we've made sure every step of your servicing journey can be fitted around your time, from our quick and easy Online Service Booking tool, to Collection and Delivery and an easier way to pay online or over the phone.
When you bring your vehicle in for a service, it is given a health check as well as replacing parts the manufacturer suggest should be replaced at the vehicle age or mileage. Generally, this will mean at least the oil and oil filter being changed meaning your engine is protected. When health checking a vehicle, the technician will be looking for any signs of damage or wear on your vehicle to keep you safe on the road.
Motorsave have been proud to be part of the Ford network of authorised repairers since 2009. As a Ford dealership, we can fulfill any warranty and service requirements, all carried out by Ford qualified technicians. As a Ford Authorised repairer, all Ford services are carried out by a Ford trained technician using genuine Ford Parts.
We care about your time, so we have designed a service specifically dedicated to helping you save it. Our all-new Ford Express Service means you can wait with us whilst two Ford-trained technicians team up and simultaneously carry out a service on your vehicle, meaning you can benefit from our quickest service yet.

Very professional staff and Mechanic . They solved my EGR issue in my Ford Focus , which many garaged had failed to do so !! . On top of that they gave me a courtesy car for a week till they repaired my car .

I cannot praise them more. I broke down with my van en route from the north of England to catch a ferry in Portsmouth back to my home in France. They towed the van away a couple of hours after my first phone call and got it back to me the next day. I especially appreciated the excellent communication from Sam. He phoned and texted me throughout the process and could not have been more helpful

Cracking service, super quick and dead friendly staff. I had a service done there as I wanted a reputable Ford dealer and they gave me just that. So much so, that I decided to go and get my tyre changed there a couple of weeks later, despite it being a fair drive away from my house.

Genuinely dont know where to start, if it wasnt for Frank (not sure if he is the manager or owner) I dont know what position I would be in at this very moment. Long story short, I bought a van from a garage in southwales only to have it 7 weeks and the oil pump failed and destroyed the engine. Having discovered the garage had ignored 2 recall… letters for replacement oil pump it was now a battle as to who would pay for the new engine. Frank has provided a level of customer service that I never thought I would recieve from any garage or from any business for that matter. He helped my parents

We use Motorsave on a regular basis and never have to wait for an appointment. The staff are always very friendly and more than happy to assist us, particular at very little notice. Nothing is too much for any member of staff there and I cannot praise their service enough. Would highly recommend to everyone!
