The service was shocking, we ordered a pamper pack for 2 and it wasn't in the room, we had to ask 3 times over 2 hours for them to sort it and that just wasted our time in the SPA.
The SPA was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time as you could see mould and grime all over the tiles in the sweat rooms.
The hydropool was the best part of the SPA, again the Staff where quite abrupt in the SPA.
The rooms where reasonable and the best part of the experience was the food, the food was really good.

Lovely hotel and helpful staff , the rooms were clean and nicely furnished.
I stayed for 5 days in December and used the thermal suite and swimming pool numerous times , fantastic hotel for a short break with friends and family .
Breakfast choices were great and restaurant food good too , lots of choices.
I would highly recommend the last drop .

Very friendly welcome when booking and checking in. All of the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Booked an overnight stay in one of the Executive Bedrooms along with a spa package. Started with lunch in the bar where the food is restaurant quality. The spa facilities are amazing. The evening meal was in the restaurant and again the food was very high quality. Lots of choice for breakfast, more excellent food and very quick and friendly service.

The food in the restaurant in the evening was absolutely delicious and a good breakfast.
The staff were really nice and attentive, we had a slight problem in our room which was rectified immediately.
Bar pricing was quite expensive.
But overall a great stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Situated in a beautiful spot. Lovely old building with lots of separate annexes. Garden beautiful and so well kept. Little row of shops which sold eclectic items. This is also a beautiful wedding venue with shops as well selling bridal goods.
Food was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
