IOP Publishing
Working closely with the global scientific community has been at the heart of our publishing activity for more than a century. With a portfolio including journals, books, conference proceedings and science news resources, we focus on physics, materials science, biosciences, astronomy and astrophysics, environmental sciences, mathematics and education.

IOP Publishing also publishes on behalf of other scientific organisations and represents their needs and those of their members. With over 400 staff in locations across the world, we support researchers, librarians and societies in their endeavours. All our academic publications are hosted on IOPscience, a platform specifically designed to help readers access scientific, technical and medical content quickly and easily.
Services
IOP Publishing's portfolio includes more than 90 journals, around half of which are published jointly with or on behalf of partner societies and research organisations. Our publishing portfolio reflects the growth of scientific research and application in core scientific fields, while recognising the increasingly interdisciplinary nature of scientific research.
The IOP ebooks collection brings together innovative digital publishing with leading authors from across the physical sciences. Our mission is to provide a compelling platform for our authors' work, to make their voices heard and to advance knowledge and learning. As a society publisher we are able to provide a high-quality, personal service to authors, and deliver impact and visibility in the global scientific community.
Our science news programme represents a key part of our mission to communicate world-class research and innovation to the widest possible audience. Not only is Physics World the membership magazine of the Institute of Physics, it also represents a wide portfolio of science journalism that promotes a collective conversation to engage scientific audiences across borders and across disciplines.
IOP Publishing is one of the world's largest conference proceedings publishers, providing organisers and authors with a fast, easy to use and effective publication process. We publish research presented and discussed at prestigious conferences in physics and related subjects around the world. Key topics include physics, materials science, environmental science, bioscience, engineering, computational science and mathematics.
We understand the time and effort that you put into your research. Publishing is a fundamental part of that process. IOP Publishing helps you register, validate, edit, disseminate, preserve and maximise the discoverability and authority of your research. Publishing Support provides free advice on getting your work published in journals, ebooks or conference proceedings.

They are clearly a scamming website who are fishing upon young and old researchers in hope of fast money. Please check out the wikipedia page 'predatory conferences' for more information.
I have linked a site below as well for more information on the scamming they are engaged in. DO NOT PARTICIPATE with this company.

Very fast service. Good, prompt communication. I have two papers submitted for publishing right now - the one at IOP was fully processed in about a month and I'm now awaiting the final proofs. The other was submitted... elsewhere. Half a year ago. Still not even a referee decision.
