I've been working there almost an year now as an CDP. I was giving job from cafe, care homes and golf club to hotels. The work can be easy or hard. There 2 Main styles off work you need to know, 1 Being a Ticket Chef requires you to be over perared for when the rush hour starts, and the secounded is functions where you know the numbers task to complete.

A brilliant agency up until they left me without work for a collective amount of time of about 2 months, and gave zero communication during this time despite me attempting to get hold of them. Paying bills when you're 21 is no joke, but apparently it is! I started off as a driver with flying colours and continued to perform according to this agency and my managers, but then I was lied to and told there was no more driving work and that I had to be used for nights, even though I could clearly see on the agency signing sheets at the end of my shift on nights that SRS drivers were being given work

I have worked for SRS on a number of occasions as a driver. I have found them very professional and have had no problems with Steff and the team. I have had plenty of notice for work and have been happy with the pay. Also my money has always been in the bank on the Friday. Would be more than happy to work for them again in the future and would recommend them.

They mislead me week by week with my pay. Only 2 thirds what I should have had. By the third week of trying to pump me with as many hours as they could I said I would be unavailable until it was sorted. Which never came to light. From we have moved address, to we lost ur mail, to calling there umbrella payroll team. ( who said that I wasn't the first to mention this with this particular company) to calling the company I worked for directly. To calling them repeatedly. Just to hear them say the usual beaurocratic stuff and say my time sheets were wrong. They even said they checked the security time
