Hobbies: Frank has a few hobbies including watching MotoGP, walking and classic bike shows. His favourite bikes are anything classic and his choice of modern bikes is the awesome Ducati Pikes Peak and Diavel Carbon. I bought a brand new Sinnis Hoodlum from SMC. Paul couldn't have done anymore for me. Kept me up to date with arrival times etc and was just an all round decent guy. Sales weren't pushy and the guys seemed more interested in finding the right bike for me rather than making a quick sale. Couldn't recommend enough for anyone just getting into bikes.

Thought best to share this genuine review. When I called to book my service in I asked if I could buy a 1ltr top up oil, the same that will go into the bike at the service, was told no problem.
Dropped bike off, had the same discussion again re buying top up oil....no problem I was told...all good.
Collected bike only to find that they don't stock 1ltr top up oil's of my grade or even 4ltrs. A little miffed I went out to get my bike....I bought this bike brand new and its spotless.....like new and being a KTM wasn't cheap to buy.....only to find dirty oil'y finger prints all over it, no attempt

This is my second Ducati purchase but the first from SMC and I can't believe the difference in their selling approach to what I experienced before at another dealer in Yorkshire. Professional, down to Earth people who get you the best deal, give you honest advice and welcome you and your business. Unlike the other dealer who acted like they were doing me a favour selling me a Ducati with a certain amount of snobbery, didn't look after me when I had numerous issues and when threatened with me leaving the brand stated that they would sort me a good deal when I came to part exchange.....
