They may have a lot of spares but for a reason known only to the owner, everything seems to be to much trouble, that would include the use of manners? Have used them a couple of times and spent each visit wishing there was an alternative shop close by. After the last visit left me feeling both embarrassed and belittled. Will never go again.

Probably the rudest man I have ever had the displeasure to speak to. Overwhelmed with orders, doesn't do e-mail because everyone, according to him are **** heads and they ask questions about sizes and threads. I was genuinely looking for advice and wished to place an order yet he couldn't be bothered to check if the item was in stock. Whether someone's had a bad day or not I am still reeling at the unprofessional way I was treated and I don't know what I had done to deserve the rant I had to endure.

Bought a set of Unit T140V 750 Bonneville Tribsa engine plates (Oct.2017) when they arrived I noticed they were so dull and sharp edged finished not like ones I bought for a triton 30 years ago which were better finished and polished. A bit of trimming had to be done on the front plates as they were touching the crankcase and couldn't quite get the bottom bolt in. At £200 I would have expected better finish as these are for a nut and bolt rebuild super rocket tribsa. Also there was a stray drill mark on one front plate where the drill had started and stopped because it was in the wrong place.

Bought a new seat for my Triton, nobody's fault, but it wasn't the same as the original Unity Equipe part number of 9 years ago, suppliers do change. Spoke to John, who didn't actually own the company back then, absolutely no quibble, returned seat, full refund including my return postage...what great service...and what a nice chap...they are a very busy organisation so conversation should be brief, and the great service will continue. Many thanks... will definitely return for my other hard to find parts!!
