Rimell Saddlers is situated in the market town of Shipston on Stour, Warwickshire, close to the Cotswolds and just 10 miles south of Stratford upon Avon. Challenge Report

We want to see you draw, colour, collage your pony or pet. Get creative and go wild! We will be doing 1st, 2nd and 3rd place rosettes and a special rosette for the most inventive portrait. We ask that it is done on A4 or A3 size but this can be anything from Paper to Wood again we want you to be imaginative and make something really special.

Very disappointed with there refund policy. Couldn’t give me an exchange as not my size in stock. Insisted on giving me a credit note, not a refund.
Will alway use other Saddlers in the area instead.
Sorry to say can’t recommended.

Very rude member of staff.. I'm guessing she was the owner. I went in and purchased an expensive belt and suggested that it might be the wrong size so she was going to order some more (as it was the last one left) to restock the shelves and swap if it was too small. When I called her a few days later to say it was too small she said she hadn't ordered any more and when I asked for a refund she was extremely rude suggesting that if I went to Sainsburys and bought some cornflakes I shouldn't expect to get a refund for them the following day when I decided I didn't want them. Very very rude. Will
