Our countryside resort is beside the village of Kingsbarns on the A917 coast road between St Andrews and Crail. Turn up Station Road opposite the church and the pub (signposted to "Morton of Pitmilly Countryside Resort"). You will pass several houses and one field on the right before you see our signs at the end of the tarmac driveway.
Why not treat yourself to some fresh eggs from our hens? We have an extensive range of breakfast goodies available including croissants, local jams, juices, muesli, speciality tea and ground coffee. You may want to consider ordering one of our food hampers before your arrival and have it all there ready and waiting for you to enjoy.
Below is a summary of important information about holidays at Morton of Pitmilly Countryside Resort. Our full terms and conditions will be communicated to you once you are ready to make a booking. Changeover days for weekly stays are normally on Fridays and Mondays. Change-over days for three-night weekend or four-night midweek breaks are normally on Mondays and Fridays.

They boast fully equipped kitchens, WiFi, iPod docking stations, DVD players and all the mod cons. The bedrooms and living areas are designed for comfort and in a style that provides the ideal accommodation for family holidays, group reunions and escaping couples.
Luxurious and award-winning holiday accommodation at Morton of Pitmilly countryside resort. Stay in either The Courtyard which features our original ten beautifully appointed four-star cottages or The Steading, comprising six five-star boutique properties with sea views. The Byre can be accessed directly from the car park and all accommodation is on ground floor level.

Just back from a fantastic week at Morton of Pitmilly, stayed at Bramble Bank, which was amazing, comfortable, well appointed and the views were amazing. We had our new 6 month old pup with us so layout was perfect and the extensive walks around the estate did the job 🐶💤💤💤. The staff as usual were friendly and attentive, always a wave and a smile and happy to stop for a chat. There were couple of minor issues which were rectified immediately and with a smile. We enjoyed two pop ups while we were there pizza which was very tasty and fish and frites which was the best fish and chips we

As always we had an amazing time, accommodation is the highest standard - a real home from home. The resort is beautifully maintained, lovely tennis courts, putting green and play area and the walks are stunning. It's in such a lovely area, we cycled to Kingsbarns beach, distillery and Crail - all easily accessible and make for lovely days out. Thanks to all for a wonderful time.
