Newhill Farm Cottages are three luxury holiday cottages nestling at the edge of Pitmedden Forest on the outskirts of Auchtermuchty. The cottages - Horse Mill Cottage (Sleeps 6), The Old Cart House (Sleeps 4) and The Old Stables (Sleeps 4) are individual cottages, so are ideal for being booked separately or in combination.
The cottages benefit from access to the fully inclusive use of the range of leisure facilities. There are Private Outdoor Hot Tubs for each Cottage. There is a shared Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Indoor Hot Tub, a separate Games Room/Gym Building (with gym equipment, table football, snooker/pool and table tennis, plus board games/toys/DVDs, etc).

Horse Mill Cottage is a 2 storey luxury cottage with lovely views all around to the local countryside. It has a very spacious interior, with a generous sized kitchen and a dining table to comfortably seat 8+ guests. There is a large sitting room with open log fire and comfy leather sofas. The cottage has 3 Bedrooms (King, Double and Twin) and 2 Bathrooms.
Spacious and well equipped kitchen/dining area with a large farmhouse style kitchen table & 8 chairs. The garden is fully enclosed, mainly laid to lawn with a patio area immediately outside the French doors. Also on the patio, there is a BBQ, a wooden outside dining table, chairs, sun loungers & a sun parasol.
The Old Stables (Sleeps 4) is our most accessible cottage at Newhill Farm, being all at single storey level. All of the living accommodation is on ground floor level and there is a lovely open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area with high ceilings and an abundance of light. There is a Log Burner which is set for you on your arrival, together with a complimentary basket of logs.

Golf Courses: There are more than 40 golf courses in the Kingdom of Fife, all within easy access of Auchtermuchty. St. Andrews, the heart of the Royal and Ancient game, has a choice of 8 courses and is only 30 minutes away. Watersports - Hire and instruction of windsurfers, dinghies, canoes, water skiing, pedalos.

This place is amazing! This was my first visit, My mum and dad visit here regularly and kindly asked me to join them for the wk. I have To say it's up there as one of the best holidays ever. We went swimming every day, we went on big long beautiful walks (The scenery is stunning!), and we even played tennis! (Not very well!), and at night time we sat in front Of The toasty fire relaxing. If you want some quiet time? This place is perfect.
