We offer a one-stop shop for high quality machined and moulded parts to exacting tolerances, on-time and with competitive pricing. We can produce a range of batch sizes from prototypes to volume production and can provide stock to customer requirements based on individual order quantities or Kanban call-off.
We offer tool-making services that are designed to meet the exact needs of our customers in terms of quality, specification, turnaround and cost. We are proud to offer a complete end-to-end service when it comes to new tooling projects. From the design and supply of press tooling, jigs and fixtures to manufacturing components of the highest grade, we are with you every step of the way.
We can provide servicing and modifications to tools using our in-house tool room. A job pack is prepared for all parts which includes press setting conditions, material and tool set up parameters, customer drawing, packing instructions and product inspection requirements including visual checks, fit tests and dimensional measurement.
We have been providing the fast growing automotive sector for many years. Our CNC Multi Spindle and Sliding Head section can produce extremely high volumes of components accurately and fast. We have the ability to produce 50,000 parts, inspected, cleaned, packed and delivered to your facility in record time.
