Doosan's range of High-Speed Horizontal machines provide manufacturers with high productivity, precision and optimised removal rates. Our HP 5100, with its automatic pallet changer (500mm x 500mm table x 2), has a 14,000rpm spindle (40 taper) and a 60+ tool magazine. This version of the IS400 is specifically designed to meet the rigorous requirements of industrial marking.
We operate a quality management system to ISO9001:2015 and are approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance. This ensures every aspect of our business is directed towards a process of continual improvement. Our temperature controlled inspection department houses a full suite of measuring equipment backed up by a dedicated team of experienced inspectors.
