Absolutely awful.
Left me waiting at LHR and did not show. I rang and rang and they gave me one excuse after another and still did not show. STILL waiting for my pre-paid fare to be reimbursed following their failure to collect me. Had to get the train after waiting over an hour for them. Unreliable Liars! Aviod at all costs. Really.

Found this company through some sort of microcab website and booked it for a trip the next day out to Gatwick airport, hoping to save having to take the Gatwick Express train and lugging our bags on and off the train. Then later read a number of reviews that absolutely slammed this company as totally unreliable, and I began to worry. Then, in the morning, as we were taking our bags out to the street to meet the car, my phone rang and a sleepy-voiced man said the car had broken down, This was FIVE MINUTES BEFORE IT WAS DUE TO ARRIVE! Do not use these guys!!! Booked this car company through Kabbee two days in advance for an airport transfer to Heathrow. The car was 20mins late. No phonecall and no update / mention of the delay and certainly no apology! Curiously I received a text message telling me my car arrived ON TIME. That would explain their inflated scores.
