Absolutely rubbish. The operators are liars, they put their drivers in a difficult position. *** Only cash*** You ***cannot*** pay by card. Not the driver’s fault he was nice enough.

These guys are quick to leave if you are 5min late for a pick up, but no problem if they are 40 minutes late for a pick up (with a newborn) after a 48 hour prebooking. Unreliable dispatch service, No call, no apology, nothing!!

Very poor experience. I booked a taxi for 5:40am. It didn’t show up until 6:00am. The reason given - “the driver fell asleep in his car, and has gone to wash his face”. The driver then went to the wrong address.
To then add insult to injury, as we were now running really late, the driver had to stop for petrol!
I was given a discount, but in all honesty I wish I’d just booked an Uber.

First time using this cab service and very impressed. Felt very welcomed and service was excellent the driver was really talkative and made it an enjoyable ride. Will definitely use this service again highly recommended for Earlsfield. I called in to give good feedback about the driver and got told welcome aboard from Atty , thanks again guys .

Used this taxi company to pre book a transfer back from the airport as we were travelling back at 2am. After waiting for 30 mins for the cab to show up we called the office and were told they werent even aware the booking existed and that a cab would take 40 mins to arrive. I am extremely disappointed with the rude service we received as there was no apology for their mistake and ultimately they were leaving us stranded.
We tried to help out a local company given the testing times of the pandemic but honestly would not bother again. We ended up getting an uber which was £15 cheaper and turned

Cab took ages to come (20 mins). Driver changed en route - starting my waiting time off from scratch. When he arrived he asked me to go to a different pickup point. I explained I had heavy luggage and couldn’t move. The driver shouted at me and I had to ask him to stop raising his voice at me. At this point I cancelled. And Uber turned up in 1 min. I’ll never use them again. Horrible experience.

This cab service is amazing, always on time or early, always had the infant seat strapped in ready to go. The driver was very polite and fantastic at communicating particularly for our airport pickup as our flight was delayed and I had completely underestimated the time it took to get through customs.It was so easy to book even the night before with the night staff Atty & Anand who were so prompt on taking our call , the driver was great with all the luggage. I will 100% be using them for our next trip and recommending to friends.

I would like to recommend South West Cars as I believe the company is run with absolute integrity - which stems from the owner, Attib.
Attib found my wallet lying in the road (with all my cards, payslip & a lot of cash) & he went to a great deal of trouble to search for me, contact me & return my wallet to me with every last pound still perfectly in place. It is amazing that there are people in the world that are this honest & this caring of other people.

Yesterday we used South West Car's transportation service from Tooting to Heathrow Airport Terminal 4. The driver was very rude and without respect! We found traffic on our way there and he actually tried to convince us to go by train, for him to avoid going all the way to the airport! Then after showing rude manners etc, we arrived there and when… I paid him the sum agreed upon he told me that it was too little/cheap with an offensive attitude. Then he went out of the van, removed our luggages in a savage manner and drove off in an instant without even saying another word to us. No thank

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 35 mins late for airport collection. No apology. When refused to pay full price (paying £40 rather than £43) the driver verbally abused us. When I ran g to formally complain I could not believe how rude the manager Barry was. He literally could not have cared less. I am shocked and horrors that people like this are in business.
