South East Fire Protection LTD is a registered company to BAFE For Life Safety Fire Risk Assessments (SP205) scheme, providing confidence to our customers that by using us you have appointed a competent company.
Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 all premises must carry out a fire risk assessment, article 13 of the FSO requires the responsible person to ensure that the premises are to the extent that it is appropriate equipped with fire detectors and alarms, this can also be determined by the authority responsible for enforcing the fire safety legislation.

I am the safety officer for a large construction firm. SEFP have been managing our fleet of fire extinguishers for nearly two years now. The service we get is outstanding, not just the management of the physical extinguishers, but the certification, cost management and back up data. Following on from this SEFP now carry out all of our Fire risk assessments and provide training to our operatives, and other consultancy work. I found out about SEFP after following a van in traffic. At the time we were trying to understand as commercial landlords what our responsibilities were with regards fire alarm systems. I called the number and Dave was helpful from the outset. He explained what we had to do and what we didn't need to do. We arranged a site visit where a comprehensive quote was put together. Once approved the team of installers were on time, on the day they said they would be. The job was completed and certificates issued accordingly.
