Kate was very attentive and approachable through the whole service. Always had to time to pick up the phone and discuss items throughout the mortgage application process and was also so quick to respond via email, which helped greatly on the flow of information between all parties in a house buying process. Everyone is aware buying a house is daunting and applying for a mortgage is a minefield, I imagine some advisors forget that people like me don't understand the ins and outs of it all and so handholding is a key part of the service, Danni made sure that was done and when needed Keith was able to very quickly help move money when needed to make a purchase happen.
All in all a pleasure to work with.

Really excellent service from Matt Bloom, he was able to find us a much better mortgage deal for our house move than other advisors we had looked at. He was professional and efficient throughout the whole process and we will soon be recommending him to family members for their own house move! Kate was fantastic through the whole process of arranging the mortgage, including when my first purchase fell through. She was able to find me a deal that was better than any I had found elsewhere. Everything was explained clearly and she was very responsive when I had questions. I will be using her services again in the future.
