Clear Environment expertly separate the constituent parts of furniture and consolidate and efficiently remove them to the appropriate approved specialist recycling facility. We conduct this process with all business office furniture recycling contracts we under-take. As Landfill Tax increases dramatically and more recycling facilities appear, it is now almost as cost effective to recycle effects correctly as sending them to landfill.
Clear Environment works with clients to explore the benefits of direct furniture re-use within the organisation or donation to a charity or 'good cause' of choice; the ultimate form of business and office recycling. We will only suggest this route if it meets core Corporate and Social Responsibility values, rather than just passing the problem further down the supply chain.
Clear Environment works closely with an excellent network of commercial furniture resellers and is fully aware of current market conditions and trends. Our proposals will always be fair and realistic. Second hand furniture provides substantial cost savings, client rebates and is the ultimate form of office recycling.
Residual elements not suitable for re-use or recycling will be sent to a registered Waste Transfer Station for further manipulation by Environment Agency approved specialist contractors and processes. Clear Environment do not deliver any effects to landfill sites. This avenue of disposal accounts for a tiny percentage of any project and will be fully detailed.
