Howe's Clearance Ltd is a local family owned House Clearance and Office Clearance Company, with offices in Wokingham and Tilehurst in Berkshire. Started by brothers Stewart & Warren Howe in 2016, our aim is to give a cost effective and honest service that people rightly deserve. We are friendly and open, the price we give is the price you pay.

We work with landlords, estate agents, solicitors, private individuals, property developers etc. We can clear individual rooms to whole properties. Our staff conduct themselves in the appropriate manner at all times. We are fully licensed by the Environment Agency to transfer and dispose of waste and recycling.

We understand that this is a difficult and emotional time, and having to deal with a property full of loved ones memories and possessions is a hard task that not everyone wants to deal with. We specialise in Probate Clearances, we are professional and sympathetic to your needs. We can visit site with or without you being there to give you a fixed cost that includes disposal and labour.

If you agree to contract us for the work we will need the signed acceptance form returned and a mutually agreed date and time will be arranged. You do not need to be on site during the work, as we know this can be an emotional time for you.

We have contacts that cover all trades including Gas & Heating engineers, Electricians and Plumbers that are fully licensed and registered with their trade associations, Roofing specialists, Carpenters and General Builders.
