I bought a superb Audi A5 3.0 Quattro about 5 months ago from here. The service from start to finish was great, very polite and professional and know exactly how to treat their customers!
A few weeks ago a problem occurred with the Audi, resulting in a £850 bill, which was no ones fault really, but being the customer and only in possession of the vehicle for about 5 months this was a little frustrating. There was a few issues with the warranty, Phil and Tom were excellent in doing everything they could to resolve the issue and made me feel like a top priority. They completely understood my point

Quite disgusted to say the very least!!! - I showed interest in a car for sale recently and arranged to leave a deposit - Bank details were eventually sent over to me to drop the deposit and I stated I would sort out in due course - Then I get a message stating deposit taken that ff another customer - AFTER WAITING DAYS FOR THE BANK DETAILS you then sell the car to someone else !!! I spent an hour on the phone organising a deal only for them to sell it to someone else / Citroen Xsara VTS -
Should be ashamed I’ve been in the motortrade many years and never treat anyone like this!!

In the grand scheme of things i did get a car for a good price from a great guy but I didnt get any help when the car had issues just days after purchase and a member of staff made an inappropriate comment to my wife.
I am happy with the car even though I have had to fork out more for repairs but i wouldn't recommend it as the experience left my wife unable to cook nice food for at least 2 days which led to me having take out in the shed and gaining 8lbs.

Bought a Mercedes from this garage unfortunately the car has spent more time in a garage than we have driven it. On the test drive we noticed smoke from the back, the garage stated they'd taken it to their own garage, but on collection as we drove out of Brigg the smoke was really really bad with pedestrians watching as we drove past. The car returned to their own garage for work the following week and they stated to us it was to do with the fuel? So what was actually done?????

Great service and really pleasant to deal with. No pressurised selling, just honest and open discussion. The car was exactly as described which was really appreciated as I had travelled a reasonable distance to view it. Some really interesting cars in the showroom to look at whilst we were there too. A month on and no problems at all with the car, really pleased with it. Would most definitely recommend!
