Bought a focus st. Was told it was immaculate and non modified so they couldn’t drop the price. Oh boy did we
Get a shock once it was washed. They did a fantastic job of hiding all the scratches. Yes we understand it’s a 14 year old car but when you pay over top book price you expect quality.
It has also been modified at some point and put back to standard.
Rang the garage - there reply was - sorry but that’s what we do - polish them well.
Up until now it was great service.
Was told the information would be passed on to Paul Young who sold us the car. No phone call at all. Really disappointed

CON ARTIST!
Upon agreeing a set price on a car and paying a deposit, when I went to collect the vehicle the owner stated that the price agreed was including a p/x of another vehicle.
When the price was initially agreed there was no mention of a p/x and so I was of the impression that this price was the total for the car. When I mentioned this the owner became quite rude and adamant that he had stated that the price agreed included a p/x.
I wasn't alone when the initial price was agreed and we are both 100% certain that this was not the case.
