Newland Construction (Oxford) Ltd can undertake contracts ranging from bespoke New Builds, multiple dwellings (flats and apartments), barn conversions, renovations and structural alterations. We normally operate within a 40 mile radius of Oxford but are willing to consider contracts further afield, depending on size.
SPECIFICATION: Demolition of side and rear extensions. Replaced by two new side and rear extensions achieving more than 150 square metres of floor space over 2 levels. On the ground floor this created a large family room, 2 study room's (looking out to new patio terrace area to rear garden/orchard) a utility room and a bathroom.
