Was a bit disappointed as I entered the cafe, read the sign about ordering using the app. The only coffee I could order was either ground or expresso, no option to order latte etc. There was a choice of 4 cakes. No wonder most people were queueing to order but I wanted to do the right thing in a 'covid' sense. On the plus side the service was quick although we did have to ask for milk for our coffee and tea. Think the menu for ordering through the app needs either fixing or improving. I am normally very happy here and am sure this was just a hiccup in the system ???

I already entered a ( poor) review yesterday but for some reason it isn’t showing so here we go again!
We have visited the cafe and garden centre many times but yesterday’s lunch was a huge disappointment.
We are fully appreciative of the fact that you are short staffed and are doing your best but the soup was appalling. It was totally tasteless and when we informed the staff there was a half- hearted apology but no offer of something else or refund.
If you are struggling to get staff why not reduce number of covers available. You’ve lost our business sadly.

Very nice cafe. Went for breakfast and the staff were very attentive with fast service. Food can be ordered at the counter or via an app (which I did). The quality of the food was great at a very decent price.

Certainly a very big garden centre with a huge selection of plants and everything else you would expect from a garden centre, plus more.
We actually only stopped there for a coffee as a lovely little coffee shop along the road was closed but these Covid restrictions are now starting to get really annoying.
We queued up at the restaurant and asked for a coffee and cake only to be told we couldn't order until we found a table number.
So after looking around at the empty tables outside in the sun we went back to the counter only to be told we now had to queue up again !!!
That is not acceptable
