I had the opportunity to hire the jungle themed bouncy castle for my baby boy's 1st Birthday Party as the other company that i had it hired from initially cancelled just a few days prior to the party. These guys were very professional and polite. Lovely customer service in such short notice. I Would definately recommend them 110%.

Thank you soo much had a brilliant day, the staff were absolutly amazing and friendly everything arrived on time, will deffo be using these guys in future , the bull ride is awesome had so much fun with the sumo outfits, disco dome was fantastic, first time ive used this company , 100% would deffo recommend

Fantastic! Hired various bits and pieces from 123 bounce for our wedding including a light up dance floor and a bouncy castle. Stuart was absolutely brilliant at organising the drop off/pick up and the items themselves were fab. Kids games and bouncy castle kept the children occupied all day and everyone loved the dance floor. Amazing customer service wouldn't hesitate to recommend!! Thank you!!

What a really poor experience:
Booked the bouncy castle in advance but never showed up on the day.
Left 3 messages on voice mail on the day it was supposed to have been delivered but no one returned my call.
Spoilt the party for a lot of expectant children.
Phoned twice since the no-show but still no contact with anyone.
What a way to run a business!!
