Thank you so much for making an 8 years olds day. Baildon Bouncy Castles were the only company (I tried everyone going!) who went out of their way to ensure I could get an inflatable slide for my son's party. With lockdown easing everyone had the same idea this weekend and delivery was almost impossible. Really appreciate you making this work. Friendly company who keep you in the loop, reasonable prices and don't let you down. The graffiti slide is amazing. I would definitely recommend.

I booked a bouncy castle the day before and this was the only company that had any availability (that should have been my first warning sign). I asked for the bouncy castle to be delivered for 10:30am and was advised that it may be slightly delayed, as the delivery rota had been done. On the day of delivery, come 10:30 I got a phone call stating that a blower on another job had gone so they had to go back. They would be with me by 11:30/12. Come 12:20 still no sign of them! Another phone call advising that they were down a delivery driver and would be no longer than 30mins. The driver told me that
