Each room have their own purposeful and carefully designed Garden, and on top of that we have a stunning 100 year old Orchard with a beautiful log cabin giving plentiful natural room to roam, play and explore! Our room is a homely exploration of developmental resources, encouraging discoveries for our tiniest members.

Services
Our well-designed, homely environment promotes emotional well-being, togetherness and friendship. Here, children can feel comfortable enough to snuggle down in a chair or explore with confidence, and will always feel at home. Our outdoor play gardens are extensive and have everything we need for outdoors learning - from mud kitchens, growing herbs and vegetables, to theatre, role-play, climbing and exercising.
We have a beautifully refurbished, architect designed, open-plan, free flow, natural environment where children can play, adventure and discover. Using open-ended resources, we design each child's learning steps, based instinctively on their individual needs to scaffold and grow their play, learning and development.
We have embraced The Curiosity Approach, adding a lot more intriguing objects to our rooms. These are the kind of objects that are part of homes, our houses, and the outside world, eg. You might see a fossil or an old lamp inside a clear Curiosity Cube which engages our older children in deep wonder and talk.
Nursery Days is located in the village of Upchurch. Upchurch is in easy reach of some of the main towns in Medway and North Kent. Upchurch has great transport links to Rainham, Sittingbourne, Gillingham Queenborough, Rochester, Sheerness, Snodland and Lower Halstow. We are easily accessible from the M2, A2 and A249 roads.
Nursery Days Children's Nursery is situated in the grounds of The Old School in the rural village of Upchurch. We provide childcare for children from the age of 3 months to 5 years. Children here enjoy fun-filled days of original, attention-holding activities designed to support learning and forge firm friendships.

My daughter joined Nursery Days during lockdown and I was very nervous to begin with due to the lack of interactions she had prior. My daughter was welcomed so well by all the team and her key person and we had settling in sessions where they took time to find out about my daughters routine and likes/dislikes.
I was reassured each time I dropped her to nursery when she didn’t even need to wave goodbye anymore because she just wanted to go and play with her new friends.
Thank you so much to all the team for making this such a smooth transition for my daughter and I couldn’t recommend Nursery

The app is easy to use, and great to see lots of lovely adventures the kids have during the day and their interactions with each other as well as outings and feeding the hens and wildlife.
The staff are super friendly and Scott loves coming to see them as well as his friends he’s now starting to make. Originally he was a little reluctant to let us go when we dropped him off but now happily walks in and greets people inside without a second thought, so it’s nice that he’s settled in so well.

My two youngest have attended from 1year old to ready for pre-school and have had wonderful experiences, built friendships and made lots of beautiful memories through the setting.
The staff are kind, gentle and genuinely care about the kids and their well-being. The setting is clean and Tidy with lots of activities for the kids to engage in. My two especially loved forest school and exploring the outdoors and contact with animals was the highlight of their day! Their speech, and social skills were notably better after a short while and they were tired on pick up ! Always a good sign they are being

As a family we love Nursery Days and cannot recommend it enough. Our two boys absolutely love going and we are so impressed with the range of activities that are organised and on offer. Cookery Club, attending the orchard where they have chickens and collect the eggs and lots of learning activities to help the children recognise numbers and letters. The staff are all amazing and it is so lovely to know your children are excited to see them each day.

My son thoroughly enjoys going to Nursery days. The range of activities provided for the children are brilliant at engaging them and allowing them to both enjoy them and learn from them at the same time. The Orchard sessions are a brilliant experience for the children, not only to enjoy the different environment, but also learn about growing fruit and vegetables and looking after animals in a very hands on way. My son has come on leaps and bounds in the few months he has been attending and always looks forward to going. The staff are very friendly and have very good relationships with both the

Nursery Days is a fantastic nursery, going above and beyond for the children in their care and their families.
They have a beautiful setting, kind caring staff, and lots of fun activities for the children to do (inside and outside).
I feel happy leaving my son there knowing he’s in safe hands and having an amazing time, whilst also nurturing his development.

Our daughter has only been attending Nursery Days for a few weeks - but in such a short space of time my husband and I have been so impressed with the staff’s passion and dedication. Right from our initial contact to request a tour, to registering, to settling in sessions etc we can not fault the lovely team! A special mention to Sophie our… daughter’s Key Worker who is fantastic at keeping us up to date on what our little Delilah gets up to, Sophie has a lovely calm and caring nature and to Amy the Nursery Manager who’s warmth and passion sold Nursery Days to us within

I could not be happier with choosing to send my daughter to Nursery Days. She has been there for almost a year now and has gone from strength to strength during that time. On my first visit to nursery days I was impressed and reassured by the relaxed and happy atmosphere throughout the nursery. Children were smiling and laughing as they greeted us and instantly included my daughter in their play. I was also please to see the natural resources being utilised at the nursery. Nursery Days has a child led approach which allows children to learn according to their interests and at their own pace.
