UFMA (Ultimate Freestyle Martial Arts) is a free-style martial arts organisation based in West Sussex. As a free-style martial arts organization UFMA offers students a combination of different martial arts styles and techniques. The club focuses strongly on fitness, flexibility, techniques, street self defence and sparring.
You need to be over the age of 14 years old to train at UFMA as this is a contact club. At UFMA new students are entitled to attend a free taster session at the club. Students only need jogging bottoms and a t-shirt to join in, there will be regular water breaks throughout the session therefore a water bottle will also be needed.

Services
All our membership option's have no tie in period, club membership is paid on a monthly basic's and can be cancelled at anytime if a student needs to for whatever reason. Training fees start from only 2.75 per session depending on membership type. Please note that Grading's, Seminars and additional training courses are paid for separately and are not included in the below membership fees.
UFMA is run by Chief Instructor Sensei David Washington 3rd Dan. Sensei David has been training in martial arts for over 20 years and has developed extensive knowledge and understanding of the arts, which he then over time improved and combined into the UFMA. Sensei David started his Martial Arts career at the age 14 studying Boxing and Freestyle Karate.
You can join UFMA training from 14 years onwards. Under 18's will need a parent or guardian to accompany them for the first session to complete the relevant registration forms. Please can parents and guardians note that this is a contact sport. As will all physical activity there is always a chance of picking up an injury however UFMA instructors do take all necessary precautions to ensure the risk of student injuries is as low as possible.
