Services
Class 4 MOTs are for cars and small vans. Class 7 MOTs are for larger vans and commercial goods vehicles. LTM Motors is one of the very few MOT Testing Stations in the South Yorkshire area who can do Class 7 MOTs. The MOT Test is a legal requirement designed to ensure that every vehicle driving on the roads of Britain is in a roadworthy condition.
LTM Motors offer Interim services and Full services for all makes and models of vans and cars. Servicing your car regularly can reduce the risk of breakdown. This is done by maintaining the mechanical and electrical components of your vehicle, although even if it is less regular, servicing will still help both maintain the value of your vehicle and it's lifespan.
LTM Motors use only highly trained mechanics and have quickly earned a good reputation within the community and in the motor trade. This is not only for our excellent customer care but through the wide range of services we are able to offer. Our reputation has spread as far as Sheffield, Barnsley and Doncaster, with customers bringing their vehicles to us for a wide variety of work.
Most simply a clutch connects a vehicle's engine to it's wheels. When you press the clutch pedal it disconnects the engine allowing your car roll free, and letting the engine turn at any speed. You do this when you come to a stop because the wheels are not moving and you want your engine to keep turning.
A Cambelt synchronizes the rotation of the crankshaft and the camshaft so that the engine's valves open and close at the proper times preventing the piston from striking the valves. A cambelt is usually a toothed belt with teeth on the inside surface. A Cambelt may also be known as a timing belt. Each vehicle manufacturer recommends different intervals which can range from 4 - 6 Years or 40,000 - 100,000 Miles.

Rang as wanted aircon regas that day and they fitted me in straight away. They were also very competitive on price and were the cheapest in my local area by far! Very friendly and helpful and I will definitely use their services again should my car need any work. The job was done in less than an hour and my car is now lovely and cool inside 😁

I did a price comparison for the timing belt and Waterpump to be replaced plus the aircon.
This place was nearly half the price of the most expensive quote.
They even picked my car up from my house and dropped it off the same day.
I honestly can't fault them in anyway whatsoever.
Will certainly take my car back there again when it requires anything doing.

DO NOT TRUST
Pay a bit more and go somewhere propper. Nice until something goes wrong. Backtracking on what was said (even though i had it recorded) ,putting things i didn't say into my mouth. Hanging up the phone when intimidation didn't work. Could have avoided hundreds of pounds of damage and a potentially serious accident if gone somewhere else. Staff were understanding until the manager got hold of the phone.Typical bully.Threw his toys out the pram when questioned. Glad i'm not that sort of person.

Another year and another Service and MOT carried out by this friendly family run garage.
I have had several occassions over the last few years to bring my car here,
Clutch replacement, Brake cyclinders, Exhaust Welding, Major Service, Interim Service and MOTs and have to say that everything has always been spot on. I could not have chosen a more trustworthy, friendly, reliable one. That is saying alot in todays cut throat climate. The bill has always been fair and I will continue to trust my car to them for as long as they are trading

After having spoke to the garage the previous day and making them aware I would be coming for a diagnostics check at 12:30pm, on arrival the guys working said we're having our lunch you will have to come back in an hour. I drove 12 miles on my lunch break to get this check, so I couldn't leave the car with them. Safe to say they won't be getting the repair business

brought car from them and was given assurances that all the work needed would be done as they RAC backed. on delivery off car some of the faults that where pointed out and covered buy RAC pre delivery check clearly not done and refused to address them. as he "felt he done enough" buyer beware.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
I changed the ECU of my car in another garage and the first mechanic was not able to solve some issues. After changing the ECU the light of Airbag and Check light was on, the remote of the door does not work and the mileage was higher than reality. I made a request in Whocanfixmycar and mentioned these problems. This garage offered me that they will solve the problem with £145. In the time of collecting the car after repair!!! I was not in Rotherham and sent my wife. After collection we found that the remote of the car does not work and engine light is still on
