I used this garage after neighbouring Sutton Road garage in order to have my tracking done as my old tyres worn unevenly. They did this no problem however after driving away me and my partner both noticed the car was pulling to one side quite sharply and after returning only then were we told we zee needed a part changed. After getting opinions from other garages we were told this garage should have checked all suspension parts before doing the tracking and any trained mechanic should know this however they proceeded to charge us for the work after not following the correct procedure. First time I have used them and won't be the last. Good price for parts and labour and they could have charged more. They picked my car up from my drive too. Really impressed definitely recommend. Trustworthy reliable and fast (all the other places I rang said it would take at least 2 weeks due to labour involved and parts to be ordered that are hard to get). They did it in less than 2 days. They could have easily told me more was wrong than it was but were very honest and only charged 2 hours labour for replacing master and slave cylinders.

Took car in for mot, it had a known fault. Said would be fixed before mot. Got car back and now full of problems, lost all power and really sluggish. Wanted over £800 to repair. Had another mechanic look at it and they said the part which was supposed to be changed, hadn't been. Then it turned out to be an easy fix at a cost of £40.
Owner has since phoned me and yes was offered a refund, but only if I changed my review!!

After travellong from London for a meeting in Tamworth, my AC and heating were not working, I was recommended to Matt and Kevin whom set about immediately to diagnose and fix the underlying issue with great advice with a healthcheck, all within 2 hours so I could travel home in time. Great service, lovely guys and competitive pricing! Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely brilliant guys! So glad I found this garage, and only round the corner too. They are so helpful and genuine mechanics, not there to rip you off like a lot of garages I’ve been too in the past. These guys have helped me with an on going problem with my car, they are brilliant and I would always recommend these guys to anyone. I’ve found who I’ll be going to with our family car. I took my car to be MOT’d this week. I was never told the MOT was to be done at a different garage around the corner. I was charged £50 for the MOT but the MOT garage it was actually taken to, only charges £40 so I’ve paid £10 extra for it be be driven 1 minute around the corner and for the referral I assume? Once I was told about the work that… needed to be done and the quote I said I would be getting other quotes. It’s quite close to Christmas and I need to save every penny I can, so to me, this is a reasonable thing to do. I was then almost shouted
