DEFINITELY A YES FROM ME.
Used this garage for the 1st time yesterday after the warning light had appeared on our Transit van & it had gone into limp mode. The Gentleman on the counter was extremely friendly & polite. A Diagnostic test carried out by a friend identified 3 glow plugs & an Air Mass system issue, however when taken in, the garage diagnostic check only identified the 3 glow plugs which they changed. When I picked the van up, paid the bill & drove it off, the warning light appeared again so I took it straight back - Chris (the owner) came to look, he plugged it straight in & the fault

Daughters car went in with eml light showing was told it was due a service, they found other things wrong with the car, £450 later, daughter drives car home and light reappears, complained in a very fair and nice manner to Chris, and was told I was being rude, anyway daughters car was sorted after googling the fault code, replaced it with a £40 part and engine light has stayed off.
Your choice if you want to use the garage, for me after service is non existent, Chris needs to listen to customers better as well,

I had paid for a full exhaust system to be put on my car with in days the exhaust started leaking the first catalytic converter was a manufacturer fault I will give them that so they did a free mot for the car as compensation thought great all done two days on the exhaust starts leaking they had put the wrong gasket on and it was not sealing kept taking it back at this point every time I turned up they just resealed and sent me on my way with out even investigating as to why it keeps happening as soon as they got there money they just didn't care one bit. I found the problem told them about it

I travelled quite a distance looking at the reviews I put my trust in this garage as my locals had let me down. I can say the reviews do speak volumes. They are a really professional garage and treat people with respect. The gentlemen did a thorough check on my car and spent longer than should have just to make sure all was okay. In the end I was briefed with all the work that was done and additional things that need going. I was not charged any additional costs as a lot of garages have a reputation to do so. All I can say is keep doing what you guys are doing. Thanks once again
