I was in contact with this company for over 6 months trying to arrange for our log burner to be fitted. They came out multiple times to view the fireplace and chimney. When it finally came to installation day, the guys turn up and we were told it was not possible to for our log burner without further work which would costs thousands of pounds more. I don't normally leave a review but have since had another company come in and got our log burner with no problems and was for alot less than the original quote from this company. Be careful using them. They might be fine but I wouldn't want other people

I was very impressed from the initial approach, then visit from Trev to the completion of the job. Trev was very knowledgeable and informative on the process of which stove would be suitable and the work involved, and Chris and Ben who fitted the stove and lining worked very well together as a team. No swearing or shoddy approach to their work and they fully answered all questions I threw at them, even showing me the damage done due to a chimney fire. 1st class customer service from Catherine in the office too. I would thoroughly recommend them and I feel confident that my house is now safe and
