So, over a year ago we met Shirley and Andy Lee to give us a quote for our building work. We wanted to do a rear extension giving us a new kitchen and dinning room and convert the old dinning room into a kids room. We needed planning and tree protection advice. Andy and Shirley gave us a very concise quote clearly listing and detailing exactly what was included and costs of material. After meeting with other contractors and waiting for some never to turn up we decided to workwith Andy and Shirley. It was the best decision we made. We instructed Andy Lee builders to extend our property and make internal alterations including a new fitted kitchen. From the initial planning stages right through to completion we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of the job. We were kept in constant communication with Andy and Shirley and all came within initial budget and time frame....even ahead of schedule! Any jobs we’ve needed doing as time has gone on Andy has returned promptly to smooth over. His team workedaround us as a family with small children living amongst the building work and were considerate not to impact too much
