Services
ACR Heat Products have used their 25 years worth of stove knowledge to design their own range of multifuel stoves. The majority of our stoves are supplied with a 125mm diameter flue spigot to suit the requirements of the UK. Every model is smoke exempt allowing you to burn wood in smoke controlled areas.
With a 5Kw output and a large glass door to give a great viewing area of the fire, the Buxton II is also DEFRA approved allowing you to burn wood with confidence in smoke controlled areas. The Buxton II is a multifuel stove so you have the option to burn a variety of smokeless fuels as well as wood which gives greater convenience.
The Malvern II has a 5Kw output and is equipped with a powerful airwash to help keep the large glass door clean to offer superb views of the flames. Being DEFRA approved, you can be confident about burning logs in a smoke controlled area. The Malvern II is a multifuel stove enabling you to burn logs and smokeless fuels.
With all the advanced features, build quality and style of the original Malvern stove, the Malvern II Classic introduces a touch of Regency charm with its elegant lines. Being smoke exempt means that the Malvern II Classic can be used to burn wood in smoke controlled areas so you can enjoy the pleasures of a real fire whether in the town or the country.
Fitted with 4 short cylindrical legs, the Neo1F is ideal for installing into a fireplace recess as well as free standing installations. Swept clean by the powerful airwash, the glass panel of the Neo1F offers excellent views of the fire. Being a smoke exempt stove means that you can burn wood in smoke contolled areas allowing you to enjoy the pleasures of a real fire wherever you live.

We are very happy with our new log burner and still amazed how quickly it was installed from initially contacting them.
I have never had anything like this installed and didn't really know the process but Jean and Michael made it nice and simple for me, they suggested the best burner to get for our home and talked me through all the legal requirements.
The guys who installed the log burner did a great job too, I was worried it would cause a mess but they covered everything up while they did the work and gave it a good clean after, then talked me through how to get it fired up and what I need
