We can supply hearths, pictured is a highly polished smooth granite hearth - please call to discuss options. A retangular hearth with curved front corners, giving a softer looking finish. We would highly recommend Hampshire Stoves (Installations), Tracy was very helpful and professional in setting up times for the estimate and installation. During the installation, Terry discovered a problem with the shape of our flue, but was able to quickly drill into the wall to modify it, allowing the liner to be fitted, he bricked up the hole afterwards and left everything really tidy.

I spoke to Tracy to arrange the installation of my log burner. The breast is boarded up, when I told her this she asked me to email pictures and info on the size, of which I did. She said she would arrange for someone to come Thursday to look at it. No one turned up. I called this morning to ask where the man was, she told me that this was never agreed and that I should take my business elsewhere. I was so shocked by her tone I questioned why she said this. She then hung up the phone on me.

HSI installed have been great throughout the whole process. We gave them measurements and styles that we liked and they gave us options and ideas on what to look for in the space we had available. We had no idea there was so much to think about when purchasing a stove and HSI were brilliant throughout, also offering very good prices. Would highly recommend.
