Above and beyond expectations. I had been shopping around for a while as so many places were so unhelpful or out of stock. The staff at Glowing Embers were so upfront and honest and gave me all the help I needed. Im glad to say i have purchased everything for my stove from here and will gladly buy again and reccomend to anyone!! absolutley amazed with the quality of the goods and customer service I have recieved. It is rare these days!!

Ordered a rope seal for our log burner on Tuesday and paid extra for 24 hour tracked delivery. No tracking number provided by the company until I emailed twice to ask for it. Tracking shows they have sent it via 48 hours tracked and not what I paid for. Friday afternoon now and still nothing has arrived. Very poor service and can't be relied upon sadly.
