We dealt with Josh Freeborn at City Residential in relation to the purchase of an apartment in Liverpool. From our first telephone call making enquiries right through to the day of completion he was professional and responsive: getting back promptly to us via email or calls if we had any questions and kept the momentum going on the process by regular check-ins with us, the seller and the solicitors.

Josh and his colleagues organised the sale of an apartment for me.
Great job - not always easy and took a bit of time but Josh kept things moving and was cool and collected throughout.
Previously City's lettings team had rented and managed the property for me. Also a good job.

Just purchased a flat via city residential and I could not fault the professionalism and communication that Josh demonstrated throughout the process to keep me up to date with regular updates without even having to ask for them which really helped during such a stressful periods. Josh would also unlike many other estate agents I have dealt with in the past actually return phone calls when he said he would which saved so much of my time chasing.

I would have put up a five star review, but prior to Stephen stepping in as my property manager, I would have given city residential a 2 star review. Stephen however has been the most professional manager I have come across and has always been right on top of things.
I have since moved locations, and I would like to thank Stephen for his 5 star managing, and for closing my accounts with the company hasel free.

I recently sold my apartment through City Residential having previously let it through them for years. It wasn’t a straightforward sale but Samantha McCauley went above and beyond doing everything she could to make sure it went through eventually. Her regular communication was excellent and she was very proactive in coming up with ideas and having conversations on both sides to keep things moving. She worked well with the team in the rest of the office to obtain contacts when needed from property management and to obtain information on the property from when it was being let.
