Services
We let properties for local, national and international landlords and, whether they have one or 1000 properties with us, they get the same great service. We do everything we can to make sure our landlords and their tenants are happy, and we've been doing it for over 15 years now, so we've got the process down to a T.
We're a local business and we want to do everything we can to improve the community we live in and work in. I have had countless amount of issues with lps over the years i have had to withold rent for them to sort issues out in my property
One being mould in my disabled daughters room which we are currently trying to get fixed as its making my daughter sick... They have basically stated i wont have a roof over my children's head if i withold money from them
The customer service is appauling
The attitude towards us is discusting and i will never ever reccomend to go with lps as a tennant or a landlord and one issue having a leak in the roof the landlord approved this to be done 2 months prior to the
