I became a REPS level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer in 2014 after wanting to follow my dreams of working in the health & fitness industry. Richard is a website designer and developer. He works with me in my business designing and managing my website, producing and editing my videos, he does my administration and occasionally writes for my website.
I provide bespoke exercise plans tailored to your likes and needs, getting you functioning at your very best. Scroll back up to see my prices. As a freelance translator, Jennie has provided me with all the tools to be in the best physical and mental health to run my business. When I’m not at my desk giving my brain a serious workout, I’m working out with Jennie. After starting with face-to-face sessions locally back in April 2019, I moved to Spain in November 2019 and have enjoyed regular virtual PT sessions ever since. Jennie has been absolutely wonderful. I was so nervous the first time I went, I was scared she wouldn't understand the limitations of my knee after a previous injury from skiing but she put me completely at ease from the very first session.
I soon realised by working with Jen that most of the limitations I felt I had with my knee were all in my mind, and when I went to Tanzania in January to volunteer I was presented with the opportunity to climb Kilimanjaro. I wouldn't have even considered it if I hadn't been going to personal training so I am so thankful that I did decide to go and start improving
