Congratulations on taking the most difficult step which is putting your health first. You will need to allow 30 minutes for the free Health and Fitness Consultation and 1 hour should you wish to book your complimentary Functional Movement Screening with one of our qualified coaches.

Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using multiple muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core strength and stability.
Fresh beginnings is for those who are complete beginners or those who haven't properly trained for quite a few years. Your self-confidence is low, so the thought of taking part in a fitness programme is very scary, but you know you need to do something about how you look and feel. We want you to gain confidence and competence through exercising properly, using the correct techniques in the closely supervised 1-2-1 training sessions.

Chris is a fantastic trainer, I highly recommend him. He really listens and understands what your goals are and tailors a programme for your individual needs. He genuinely cares about his clients, and is always checking on my progress. He’s very friendly but professional at the same time! The best in the business without doubt. I started the Stronger for Longer programme feeling stressed, worn out and with a long term back issue and struggling to function with daily tasks. Chris knew what the problem was with 30 seconds. Amazing results! I've tried a variety of gyms and personal trainers before with limited results - but since I have been working with Chris and Zoe at Body Complete I have achieved the best results I have ever experience - and its been such fun. BodyComplete has been a fantastic place to work and train since I joined earlier this year. Chris and Zoe are super friendly and accommodating, always working to deliver the best service possible.
I am able to work and deliver sessions exactly how I want to, and the equipment available gives me the freedom of always being able to choose the best training methodology for any client.
For any tailored training, either sports specific or simply to get fitter and move better, I would highly recommend this gym as a place to train.

Highly recommend Body Complete for personal training or small group training. Super friendly environment, not at all like a usual gym atmosphere. There’s a massive range of ages and abilities and everyone is so welcoming. If you need a push in the right direction for your fitness definitely give them a try!
