ABC Childcare (Ipswich) Ltd offers early years care and education for children aged from 2 - 5 years within our preschool. We also run breakfast, after school and holiday sessions for primary aged children (Reception to the end of year 6) within our 'FreeTime' club. Here at ABC, our aims are simple.
We want to provide the best possible setting for your child to learn and grow. We offer a bright, safe, friendly and encouraging environment for every child. We want all of our children to enjoy their time here, challenge themselves through independent play and supported learning and explore their potential to the full.

Services
In 2005 the voluntary managed pre-school became a limited company, maintaining its registered charity status. All administrative, budget and fundraising matters are controlled by a voluntary management committee. This substantial project was jointly funded by Suffolk County Council, the Local Network Fund, the National Lottery and monies raised by the local community.
We use Connect Childcare at ABC to help us manage our nursery. It streamlines our admin tasks, making sure that our registers, bookings and invoices are accurate. Speeding up our administration work allows us to spend more time focusing on your children and their development. You might see your Key Worker and other staff members using tablets in the rooms.
All funded 3 and 4 year olds can attend pre-school from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year. We have spaces available, please get in touch. We have spaces available for both the universal 15 and extended 30 hours free childcare schemes. We are looking for an organised, professional person to work in our Freetime Out of School Clubs.
The preschool provides care and education to children aged 2 to 5 years. Your child does not have to leave ABC, they can stay with us and receive good quality care and education from our highly qualified staff until it is time for them to start reception class at a primary school. All funded 3 and 4 year olds can attend ABC from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year.
ABC is a registered charity, and without our Committee, we are unable to provide our services to you. As soon as you send your child to ABC, you become a member of our charity and are eligible to join our Committee. We are always looking for new Committee members. It is a great way to get involved with ABC and see what we do.
